The [[Westmarch]], the land between the [[Tower Hills]] and the [[Far Downs]], was added to the [[Shire]] some years after the [[War of the Ring]]. Its first Warden, appointed by [[Thain]] [[Peregrin]], was [[Fastred of Greenholm]].
