Zamîn was an old woman who was part of the household of Erendis in Númenor during the Second Age. She served in Erendis' isolated White House in the countryside of Emerië. Zamîn was a childhood companion of Erendis' daughter Ancalimë, who would one day reign over Númenor as its first Ruling Queen.
