hosta is a Quenya word with two different meanings depending if used as a noun or a verb.

Noun “large number”[1]

hosta-2[edit | edit source]

Verb "gather, collect, assemble"[2][3]

Example[edit | edit source]

  • Tar-Hostamir = can be interpreted as "Many Jewels" or "Collector of Jewels".[4]
