Source of name[edit source]

I don't find this name either in Robert Foster, The Complete Guide to Middle-earth nor in LOTR. I found the name only in Atlas index, but I can't trace the source. Sage 09:28, 28 September 2016 (UTC)Reply[reply]

It is mentioned in the chapter "The Steward and the King" when Gandalf leads Aragorn to the mountains but not as a proper name (no capitalized initials): "But Gandalf took Aragorn out from the City by night, and he brought him to the southern feet of Mount Mindolluin; and there they found a path made in ages past that few now dared to tread. For it led up on to the mountain to a high hallow where only the kings had been wont to go." I haven't checked the index of the LotR; if it is not considered even there as a place-name, the article should maybe be discarded. --Tik 12:00, 28 September 2016 (UTC)
