I think the article confuses the Africa-like subcontinent on the south of m-E and the Lemuria-like landmass in the East Sea. Sage 11:48, 14 August 2009 (UTC)

:Upon checking, yes. The "Africa" is Hither Lands. I'm not sure where the term "Dark Country" comes from. Originally, the article stated it was "like Antarctica and Australia if they were fused tegether", but I removed that because it broke the fourth wall and hadn't bothered to read up on it. I cleaned it up some more. -- 12:03, 14 August 2009 (UTC)

"It broke the fourth wall"? Because it referenced real world locations? Well, how can it do that? This is a Wiki! There is nothing that article could contain that could break the fourth wall any more than a review or a documentary! And don't delete something simply because you didn't check up on it. Simply address the lack of a cited source. If a source contradicts it, THEN you delete it. --anonymous user.67.52.35.4
:Your rant is two years late. Move along, it's been resolved ages ago. -- 15:11, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
::It seems that the only thing that we've discovered here is the bug on Anonymous User's talk page. I can't edit it...-- 15:30, 14 October 2011 (UTC)

:::Also noticed that. Not sure if other anons have it as well. -- 15:36, 14 October 2011 (UTC)
::::Same here. --Amroth 15:37, 14 October 2011 (UTC)

Perhaps we should add a map containing the Dark Land to this article? There's probably a dozen maps of Arda here on this site that contain the continent, that don't really link to anything. Plus, this article is already registered as non-canon, so it wouldn't be contradicting anything too much. Should a map be added?
