During Eldarion's reign, [[Findegil]] served as the royal scribe (or King's Writer). Eldarion was descended from several royal Elven houses, including the Three High Kings of the Elves, and from the [[Edain]]. He was a grandson of [[Elrond]] and, through his grandmother [[Celebrían]], a great-grandson of [[Galadriel]]. Most of these Uruks are randomly-generated and can vary in appearance, name, personality, and strengths/weaknesses. the Captains can randomly be found among the anonymous masses, though the war-chiefs can only be encountered by completing certain objectives to draw them out of hiding.

There are a number of tactics and strategies that can be exploited to kill Uruks: In addition to killing them in normal combat, one can also poison a nearby barrel of grog and let Uruk-hai drink from it, grapple them and throw them over the edge of a cliff or platform, set Caragors loose on them by breaking open their cages, launch sneak attacks from above or behind, or "brand" Uruks with the Wraith's powers to brainwash them and pit them against other Orcs.

The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game are severely lacking in comparison to their counterparts for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One: The PS3/360 versions features a simplified Nemesis system, poor framerate, longer loading times, and Graugs are very rarely encountered outside of missions. As such, the hunting challenges involving the Graugs and their variants are omitted from these versions of the game.

After completing all three Gollum Quests, the wraith is revealed to be Celebrimbor, the elven blacksmith who was tricked into forging the rings of power by Sauron during the [[Second Age]]. Talion also reunites with a fellow ranger, [[Hirgon]] and in a series of missions saves Hirgon's wife, poisons orc grog, and helps the rangers destroy a statue of Sauron in Mordor. Talion and Celebrimbor also meet an orc named [[Ratbag the Coward]]. Talion frees Ratbag from his binds and makes a deal; Ratbag will rank up in Sauron's army as long as he helps Talion kill the warchiefs. After three quests, Ratbag becomes a warchief and the deal is ended. After all of the previous missions, Talion attracts the attention of The [[Hammer of Sauron]]. The Hammer kills Ratbag, the only remaining warchief, for his insolence, and Talion kills the Hammer.

Tolkien|Tolkien]], then about ten years old and already strong in Latin and Anglo-Saxon, found it amusing and learned it. The only surviving fragment of the Animalic is the phrase given by [[J.R.R. Tolkien|Tolkien]] in [[The Monsters and the Critics]] p. 200: Dog nightingale woodpecker forty, meaning "you are a donkey". Forty was the Animalic word for "donkey" while donkey was the word for 40. It appears that the Animalic was a rather awkward language; certainly it was not rational that extremely frequent grammatical words like "are" or the article "one / one" be rendered by long words like nightingale and woodpecker. '''Hilary Arthur Reuel Tolkien''' ([[17 February]] [[1894]] — [[1976]]) was [[J.R.R. Tolkien]]'s younger brother and son of [[Arthur Tolkien]] and [[Mabel Suffield]]. He was born in Bloemfontein, South Africa.

As a very young man, Hilary became involved in agriculture. After his military service (he began as a bugler, and received " multiple minor schrapnel wounds" in process of moving materiel in support services) he bought a small orchard and farm at Evesham, Worchestershire, where he spent the rest of his life. [[J.R.R. Tolkien]]'s wife and children stayed with him on occasion.

He married Ann Madeline (Magdalen) Matthews in [[1928]]. Their first son, Gabriel, was born in [[1931]], Julian in [[1935]], and Paul in [[1938]].

At meetings of the club students and faculty would gather to read [[Old Norse|Old Icelandic]] sagas and drink together in an informal setting. Members of the club also invented original songs and poems in [[Old English]], [[Gothic]], [[Old Norse]] and other extinct Germanic languages. A collection of these works was privately published as ''[[Songs for the Philologists]]''.
