Connecting Enthor to the House of Hador on the basis of the following sentence: "Manthor his grandson was proud of his kinship to Húrin's House (specifically via Hiril his grandmother)" makes zero sense.

:Remember, Hiril was the sister of Hundar (who was the grandfather of Hardang) - and yet, Hardang is explicitly stated as not being related to the House of Hador (other than to Hurin and his children through Hundar's other sister Hareth): in other words, it can't be Hiril because then it would mean that Hardang was also related to the House of Hador.
