An Everyday Tale of a Seeker of Gold is a text-adventure made by John Wilson[1][2] and a parody of the 1982 video game The Hobbit.[3] Originally it would be called The Boggit, but because Delta 4 Software already released a game with that name, Wilson changed the name. Together with Bulbo and the Lizard King and Fuddo and Slam it formed "the Balrogian Trilogy".[3] It is the prequel to Retarded Creatures and Caverns.[3][1]
