Beregond, Anders Stenström (b. 1957) is a Swedish Tolkien scholar.

Since 1967, Stenström has been an enthusiast of Tolkien, and since 1976, when he became a member of the Tolkien Society Forodrim, he carries the byname Beregond.

Beregond has researched different aspects of the works of Tolkien (among his contributions can be found suggestions on principles for structural references), published several articles, and been a speaker at and organizer of conferences and conventions.
