Bregil (born F.A. 386) was a woman of the House of Bëor.
History
Bregil was the eldest child of Bregor. She married Arachon and they had two children, Brandir and Beldis, born in 409 and 411.[1]

Other Versions of the Legendarium
In the earlier version of the genealogy of the House of Bëor, Bregil was the younger sister of Bregor. In the later version she became his daughter.[1]
