Didier Willis (April 25, 1971), a French IT engineer, is President of Le Dragon de Brume, a non-profit Tolkien association.[1] He has written several articles and studies on Arda in the French e-zine Hiswelókë.

He has compiled the Hiswelókë's Sindarin Dictionary as well as the Dragon Flame application.
