You answered your own question. In "right of/to rule", the oldest goes first. (I.E. Boromir before Faramir, Isildur before Anarion, etc.) Therefore, Galadriel would rule untill she decided to pass into Aman, then Elrond | You answered your own question. You answered your own question. In "right of/to rule", the oldest goes first. (I.E.
