I just did what I did right now because comic con means a Comic book convention generally and it has not only to do with San Diego Comic-Con only.I mean that it seems to be more appropriate this tern. The tern Comic-Con is very vague, indefinite and unclear, because the tern Comic-Con is a about a Comic book convention generally and not only about San Diego Comic-Con. Can anyone understand what I am saying? For more information, anyone can ask me. I didn't have any bad intentions.I mean, I am not trying to destroy Tolkien Gateway.

I don't have strong feelings one way or another. I think the original intention was to err on the side of simplicity. Technically I believe "comic con" is a term for a comic book convention, and "Comic-Con" is a trademarked term owned by the San Diego Comic Conventionvery bottom. For instance the New York and Washington D.C. conventions don't include the hyphenated term, due to SDCC enforcing their trademark on "Comic-Con". Incorporating the location into the title will allow us to create articles for notable comic cons in other cities though so I don't have a problem with it. The articles should still be fairly easy to locate even without the redirects. --Hyarion (talk) 20:09, 22 October 2022 (UTC)
Besides being quite unnecessary, there are things linking to those redirects, so we cannot delete them. You could actually help the wiki by expanding those articles. --LorenzoCB (talk) 20:30, 22 October 2022 (UTC)
Please, restore the redirects or remove whatever links to them. --LorenzoCB (talk) 09:40, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
