Hi friends,
I'm a fellow Tolkien fan, but I'm writing here today in a student capacity. I'm currently writing a research paper comparing the differences in fan reactions to the Peter Jackson LOTR trilogy and Amazon's Rings of Power series. I'm interested to see how two very different approaches to replicating/using the lore of Tolkien's world on screen has had disparate impacts on fans' responses to the films/the show.
What I need: I'm looking for a few participants to speak with me for a brief (maybe 30 minute) interview, in which I'll ask relatively simply questions regarding your response to and opinions about LOTR vs. Rings of Power.
