Hísimë, following Narquelië and preceding the last month, Ringarë, is the eleventh month of the year according to the Kings' and Stewards' Reckoning of Gondor, and the eighth month according to the New Reckoning. Hísimë in the Kings' and Stewards' Reckoning corresponded to Blotmath in the Shire Calendar (approximately modern 22 October through 20 November).[1]

Among the Dúnedain it was named in Sindarin Hithui.
