Jed Brophy (b. October 29, 1963) is a New Zealand actor. He portrayed Nori in The Hobbit (film series). He also played many roles in The Lord of the Rings (film series), though he was only credited for the second film. His children, Sadwyn and Riley, also appeared in the films; the former as Eldarion and the latter as a Hobbit child. In June 2007, he and 14 other actors filed a lawsuit against New Line Cinema over merchandising royalties.
