Lord of the Éothéod
From Tolkien Gateway
The Lords of the Éothéod were the hereditary rulers of the Éothéod, the horsemen of the North. They were descended from the Kings of Rhovanion. With the formation of Rohan in T.A. 2501, the title was abandoned in favor of "King of Rohan".
