Elvish names[edit source]

The names in the beginning of the article should be there to identify the matter. Those Elvish names are only used once and are not generally known by the readers. And I personally don't think that looks elegant at all, the introduction should be simple and clean: if other articles have it we should clean that, unless the Elvish names are relevant. --LorenzoCB 09:30, 23 July 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I agree, we should only use the other names if they are commonly used (e.g. Erebor and Lonely Mountain, Gandalf and Mithrandir, Morgoth and Melkor, etc etc). --Mith (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 09:44, 20 August 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Council of Gondor[edit source]

I put in a part about the Steward and the Council of Gondor, but I am not 100% sure how accurate it is. I assume that a Steward would rule Gondor if the king was incapacitated, but is that accurate or am I just wrong?

I'm also not sure how to define the relationship between the King and the Council. Would the council be like an board of advisors that the King has final say over or is it more like a parliment where the king has to go thorugh them for money? Turiannerevarine 23:50, 5 May 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
