If anything, it is “The Road Goes Ever On” that should be listed separately since that only includes notes by Tolkien, but was not authored by him. “The Adventures of Tom Bombadil” on the other hand contains more material that relates to the legendarium since all the poems in it are in universe poems as stated in that preface. undo
