The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, known as @GollumGame for short, is an upcoming videogame for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S with Gollum featuring as the main protagonist. It will be set between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, where Gollum is searching for the One Ring.The game was originally scheduled for release in 1st September of 2022, [1] but, on July 25 of 2022 it was announced a further delay of "a few months".[2] It was announced on March 24 of 2023 that the game is scheduled to be released in 25 May of 2023[3], with the Nintendo Switch version being released later that year. A Special Edition called the Precious Edition, was announced on April 14th of 2023. The contents include the full game, an Art Exhibition Application, the Lore Compendium, a 45-min OST, and Sindarin Voice Acting. Early access to the Emotes Pack DLC is included as a pre-order bonus.[4]
