A timeline of the life of Galadriel throughtout the Ages.
Years of the Trees
1362
1490
1495
- Darkening of Valinor and speech of Fëanor in Tirion. Galadriel supports the Exile of the Noldor.[4]
- Kinslaying at Alqualondë.[5] Galadriel fights against Fëanor defending her kin.[3]
1496
- Doom of Mandos.[6] Finarfin retreats to Valinor, but Galadriel keeps forward, wishing to make Fëanor's life impossible.[3]
1497
- Fëanor and his followers abandone the rest of the Noldorin hosts in Aman, burning the stolen ships. Galadriel leads her people along with Finrod, and Fingolfin and his sons, and they begin their hard travel through Helcaraxë.[7]
1500
- The Moon rises for the first time, lighting the hosts of Fingolfin when reaching the Northern Lands.[8]
First Age's Years of the Sun
52
- Galadriel and Finrod are guests in Doriath. Finrod soon departs to the Caves of Narog, but she stays.[9] She befriends Celeborn and Melian.[10]
66
- Galadriel is enquired by Melian, and the rebelious nature of the Exile of the Noldor is exposed.[11]

- Galadriel is visited by her brothers in Doriath, and Thingol reproaches them having concealed the story of the Kinslaying from him. They depart, but she stays.[12]

- Nargothrond is finished and the children of Finarfin, are reunited in a feast there, including Galadriel coming from Doriath. She stays there for a while and asks Finrod about his love life.[13]

- Melian foretells Galadriel about a Man who shall cross into Doriath moved by a doom greater than the Girdle of Melian.[14]
Second Age
1693
- The Three Rings are hidden[15] by counsel of Galadriel. Celebrimbor gives her Nelya.[16]

- Celebrían departs to the West.[17]:1087
Third Age
2980
- Aragorn enters Lothlórien after many travels,[17]:1090 admitted by Galadriel, who bades him to change his worn out clothes and dresses him like a proper prince.[18]
3019
- 17 January: Galadriel and Celeborn recieve the Fellowship of the Ring in Lothlórien.[19]
- 14 February:[19] Galadriel shows her Mirror to Frodo Baggins. She is tempted with the One Ring, but rejects it.[20]
- 16 February:[19] Galadriel gives gifts and lembas to the Fellowship and gives them farewell reciting the Namárië.[21]
- 28 March: After the assaults on Lothlórien, Celeborn crosses the Anduin and the destruction of Dol Guldur begins.[22] Soon after Galadriel threws the walls of Dol Guldur.[19]
- 20 May: Elrond and Arwen come to Lórien in their way to Minas Tirith.[22]
- 27 May: The escort of Arwen leaves Lórien,[22]
- 6 September: Celeborn and Galadriel, Gandalf and the four Hobbits halt under the Mountains of Moria.[22]
- 13 September: Celeborn and Galadriel go their way.[22]
3019
- 22 September: The Last Riding of the Keepers of the Rings meets Frodo and Sam in Woody End.[22]
- 29 September: The company arrives to the Grey Havens. The Three Keepers, Bilbo and Frodo leave Middle-earth.[22]
