As in the volcano?
I've learned about the Ambrym and its pyroclastic shield. Seems like one of the closest things to Ithilien and the Plateau of Gorgoroth combined—very beautiful and green, and also very volcanically active and sprinkled with lava, ash and volcanic fumes. But despite as interesting as Ambrym is, it's also rather obscure to general knowledge. Do you study volcanology? - Gilgamesh 00:02, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
Ambrym, the volcano
Hello ! This is a long story, but yes I received the name (actually this is the second part of my first name :)) of the island and its volcano, a gift from the chief of the island to my parents. Thus of course I've developed a deep respect for this people and the beauty and strength of Nature. Though, I am not studying volcanology, sorry (well this is something I had in mind when I was younger). Still, I am doing research :D.
