Jessamine Boffin was a Hobbit of the Shire. She was the daughter of Hugo Boffin and Donnamira Took. Jessamine was born in S.R. 1297. She was the sister to Jago Boffin and married Herugar Bolger. They had one child, Odovacar Bolger, and Jessamine became the grandmother to Fredegar Bolger.
