Shire

Is The Westmarch in, or outside the Shire? In The Lord of the Rings (50th Anniversary Edition) the Westmarch was added to the Shire in S.R. 1452 according to Appendix B.--User:Kerim96 11:59, 22 May 2014 (UTC)
