Wilcome "Will" Cotton was a Hobbit of the Shire.
History
Will was the youngest son of Holman Cotton. His brother Tom named his third child, Wilcome, after him.[1]
Etymology
From Old English willa "pleasure" + cuma "guest"; Wilcuma is a welcome guest.[2]
