Etymology
This article had: "Aros ([[Doriathrin]] *"redness"; root YAR "blood")" . There doesn't seem to be enough info in the Etymologies for this claim - have I missed some other reference to the name Aros? --Morgan 20:57, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
- "Redness" is never given as a direct translation. Under the root YAR, the connection to blood and the red colour of the river are mentioned. I think the removal of "redness" is legitimate. -- Ederchil (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 22:41, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
page numbers in references
Are there two different editions of the Lost Tales with different page numbers? In my paperback edition the page numbers are 236 and 244 note 15.--172.70.214.166 12:30, 30 July 2022 (UTC)
