A New Power is Rising is the first track of the album Let Mortal Heroes Sing Your Fame by the band Summoning. The song name is possibly taken from the words of Saruman to Gandalf during the latter's imprisonment in the tower of Orthanc as told in The Fellowship of the Ring.[1] The lyrics are in the Black Speech, and are the inscription written on the One Ring.[2]
