Folco Burrowes[1] was one of Frodo's lawyers in The Return of the Shadow (at that stage of the writing Frodo was called Bingo). Folco, along with Bingo's other lawyer, Iago Grubb, eject Sancho Proudfoot as he tries to excavate the pantry at Bilbo's Farewell Party.[2]
