This category only seems to depict images used in publication, however, the other categories show all imagery relating specifically to the story of that publication, whether it has been in an illustrated version of the book or not (albeit these categories are poorly used). This is obviously inconsistent and needs resolving. --Mith (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 11:14, 1 September 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I think it's quite known that The Children of Húrin has only one illustrated edition, and it can be usefull to have them clasified, at least it already helped me. While it can be easy to understand that there are no official illustrations of The Silmarillion and others.--LorenzoCB 11:25, 1 September 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]
You've not really dealt with my point. If we are to have this category either we need to add all other non-Alan Lee artwork to it, or remove all non official illustration from all the other categories. --Mith (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 11:39, 1 September 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]
What I see is that this category is better used than the other books, specially the one of Images from The Silmatillion, that could be improved if it only had the illustrations of the 2nd Illustrated Edition. Same with the others by Alan Lee. Another option is rename this to Images from The Children of Húrin by Alan Lee. I can clean all these if you want, the way you decide. --LorenzoCB 16:28, 1 September 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Ok, I finished clasifying The Silmarillion by Ted Nasmith and The Lord of the Rings by Alan Lee. I hope you agree with the consistency I'm doing. Only The Hobbit by Alan Lee is left. --LorenzoCB 12:03, 12 May 2020 (UTC)Reply[reply]
