Hi guys! We have quite a few exciting changes on the horizon:
- New Server - We've provisioned a brand new more powerful, more reliable server to host the website. It's still being beta tested, but we expect to make the cutover soon.
- New MediaWiki version - The new server has been configured with the latest version of MediaWiki, so we'll be able to make use of some new features that the current version lacks.
- New Skin - More than half of our daily ~20,000 visitors are visiting us from their mobile device. The current skin is not exactly mobile friendly, so we'll be launching a new skin that will be much easier to navigate on those smaller screens.
- New logo - It's about time our logo saw a refresh. We want to hear from you; do you have any design suggestions? Motto ideas? We're also thinking about introducing a "mascot" character/creature for the site, any thoughts?
