Tolkien Calendar 1998 was produced by the Italian Tolkien Society and features illustrations from eleven different artists: Maura Boldi, Flavio Brunetti, Ambra Colombrani, Andreina D'Ambrosio, Maria Distefano, Gianfranco Dutto, Domenico Franchi, Diego Iaconfcic, Alessandro Maccari, Luca Michelucci, and Angelo Montanini. It came in both glue-bound and wire-bound editions
