I prefer Morgan's 14 Nov 2010 version of this article to the current (5/28/11) version, which dropped the Sindarin translation, has poor grammar, bad spelling, unreferenced data, and unsupported speculation. Others' opinions?

- I second that. --Amroth 18:32, 28 May 2011 (UTC)
- I third. It also has bad wiki syntax. -- Ederchil (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 21:08, 28 May 2011 (UTC)
Towards improving the article
- 1) From what I can find, the following statement cannot (or can hardly) be derived from the sources I've found (UT, App A):
Traditionally, their leaders were friendly to Gondor (Eldacar even lived there, for a time, at the request of Rómendacil II, his father).
- 2) Shouldn't we merge most of the information in this article with Battle of the Field of Celebrant?
- 3) Perhaps mention that Balchoth was the Gondorian name of this people (UT:Cirion and Eorl, note 24)? I cannot find a neat solution to where putting it, though (in the introduction/main text or in the etymology?). --Morgan 21:35, 28 May 2011 (UTC)
