I'm curious, do we know whether Carach Angren was built at the order of Sauron, or at the order of the Dunedain? I know that the Tower of Cirith Ungol, Durthang, and other fortresses were built by Gondor to guard against Mordor. I believe Morannon was built by Mordor, but do we know who ordered the construction of Carach Angren? Corsair Caruso 18:51, 11 July 2017 (UTC)
