Disambiguation?

Should this page be a disambiguation page? My first thought when searching "Edith" was Tolkiens wife, not Earissë. JR Snow (talk) 15:54, 24 November 2023 (UTC)

I agree. I think Edith should link to Edith Tolkien and each article include a disambiguation link to the other. Aragorn II (talk) 16:46, 13 January 2024 (UTC)

I disagree with adding a disambig header to both pages; if anything this should just redirect to Edith Tolkien and there be no disambig page at all. The Edith part of Earissë is only a potential etymological origin and not really what people would think about to search for that character.

As I write this I now realise that this page should be called Edith (disambiguation), if it should exist at all? JR Snow (talk) 17:19, 13 January 2024 (UTC)

I've redirected the page. If any one has any objections feel try to change it back but I think this makes the most sense. Éowyn (talk)
