I think this page should be merged with the Black Gate. Same for Carchost and Narchost. Why have multiple pages repeating essentially the same information when we could have one richer page? --Gigoachef 17:52, 9 January 2014 (UTC)
- I agree on merging Black Gate and Towers of the Teeth. Perhaps the latter two could still be separate articles.--Morgan 20:45, 9 January 2014 (UTC)
- I disagree. I think Carchost and Narchost should be merged with Towers of Teeth, so their etymology can be explained more easily. --LorenzoCB 10:05, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
- I agree that the information on the Carchost and Narchost pages could be merged with the information on the Towers of the Teeth page, but the Narchost page and the Carchost page should be changed to redirect pages that redirect to the Towers of the Teeth page so that users who enter Carchost or Narchost find their way to the page with the information easily. --Akhorahil 12:01, 15 April 2021 (UTC)

I would like to propose switching the infobox image to Pauline Baynes' "The Teeth of Mordor", as it was directly approved by J.R.R. Tolkien and described as agreeing "remarkably with [his] own vision". Paccyd33 (talk) 15:35, 20 January 2026 (UTC)
