Zaragamba is the actual name of the Hobbitish old family-name "Oldbuck".
When Gorhendad, travelled east and founded Buckland on the Shire's borders, the family name changed to Brandagamba.
Etymology
The name contains the elements zara, "old" and gamba, "buck".[1]
