Is "Hound of Valinor" really just a title for Huan, or does it refer to all the wolfhounds of Oromë? Huan was one of these hounds who chose to follow his master Celegorm out of Aman during the Flight of the Noldor and thus fall under the curse. --Narfil Palùrfalas 09:59, 31 July 2006 (EDT)

I believe the title is specifically for Huan. --Hyarion 13:13, 31 July 2006 (EDT)
I think rather that it was just a reference. Huan was a hound of Valinor, and so he was called that. I think it is similar to similar to someone living in Virginia being pointed out as the "man from Oregon"; it is not that he is the only man from Oregon, it's just that he can be identified as one. Anyone else have any thoughts to contribute? --Narfil Palùrfalas 13:35, 31 July 2006 (EDT)
