-n is a Quenya suffix that has three meanings.
-n1
Used as a dative ending to indicate the indirect object of a sentence. For example in nin "for me" [1] and '''enyalien "in memory of".[2]
-n2
-n or -nye is a pronominal ending, 1st person singular "I". It is used to indicate an action is being completed by the speaker. For example, -n is used as a modifier in Elendil's Oath, to form utúlien "I am come" from utúlie "has come".[3] [4]
-n3
Used as a plural sign used of the cases.[5][examples needed]
