"Late" Second Age
Of course, it set in the Second Age. But I don't know if you could call it late, because they are condensing the whole Second Age in a human lifespan. Like, the forging of the rings, which happend ca. 1500 S.A. is happening at the same time Isildur, born in S.A. 3209, is alive. I think we should remove the word late.
