Exhibition and Catalog[edit]

I think I'd like to see separate articles for the catalog and the exhibition itself. What do you guys think? If you agree, do you have any preference on naming? Should we turn this into a disambiguation page? --Hyarion 22:30, 24 August 2022 (UTC)

As the catalog is subsidiary to the exhibition, my first impression is to have this as the article of the exhibition and make another article as "J.R.R. Tolkien: The Art of the Manuscript (catalog)". However, I don't see there are articles for previous exhibitions (Idk how many have ever been), so I'd just keep it as it is unless we get into the work of expanding that field. --LorenzoCB 00:42, 25 August 2022 (UTC)
There are quite a few exhibitions in the past (some are listed in the Marquette University and Bodleian Library pages), the ones (I think) worth having their own articles are the 2018 one (Tolkien: Maker of Middle-earth) and this Manuscript one, because there is plenty of info and records. For the earlier exhibitions I don’t know if enough info could be found to support separate articles. Luotiansha 02:14, 25 August 2022 (UTC)
