- Publication: Extracts from the letter appeared in Sotheby's Nineteenth Century and Modern First Editions, Presentation Copies, Autograph Letters and Literary Manuscripts 28-29 July 1977,[2], in Soteby's Catalogue of Printed Books, Manuscripts and Music 27 May and 10 June 1986,[3] and in Maggs Bros.
