anto is a noun meaning "mouth" in Quenya.
Anto is also the name in Quenya of the thirteenth letter of the Tengwar alphabet. It is the first letter of the fourth grade or Tyellë, which contains "voiced spirants" and it is the fourth letter in the dental or t-series of consonants, the Tincotéma. In the standard spelling of Quenya Anto represents NT. In all other modes this letter represents DH (or "voiced" TH). The Westron name for this letter is Adho.
