Lee Grinner Pace (born 25 March 1979) is an American actor who portrayed the Elvenking Thranduil in The Hobbit film trilogy[1] and The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum.[2] His break began playing Calpernia Addams, a male-to-female transsexual, in the film Soldier's Girl, but he is best known for playing the starring role, Ned, in Pushing Daisies.
