In Middle-earth Role Playing, Lond Galen (S. “Green Haven”) was the capital of Anfalas.[1] It later re-appeared, though without further context, on a map of West Gondor in Maps of Middle-earth for Decipher's The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying Game.[2]
Founded by Dúnedain in the 19th century of the Second Age as a small trading harbour, the fickle nature of its Daen neighbours led to the harbour being surrounded by a fifteen foot wall. As times became more peaceful and the town expanded, the walls came down. In T.A. 1652, Corsair raids led to the construction of a new wall.[1]
