Menegilda Brandybuck, née Goold, was a Hobbit of the Shire.
History[edit]
Menegilda married Rorimac Brandybuck, and with him produced two children, Saradoc and Merimac.
Unlike her husband and sons, she was not present at Bilbo Baggins' Birthday Party in S.R. 1401.[1]
Etymology[edit]
The name contains meneg "much" and hild "battle".[2]
