The Lord of the Rings Online Content

Thanks for catching those spelling errors in the articles! It looks like some of the content from the articles you have created are including statements that are from The Lord of the Rings Online / MERP / etc, can you please review those articles and remove any statements that can't be found in Tolkien's books. The more citations we can provide the better. I'm afraid we'll need to delete the articles if they can't be fixed. Thanks for your understanding! Hyarion (talk) 02:10, 1 September 2024 (UTC)

Edits

While help expanding the wiki is much appreciated, there are some guidelines for editors, as even well-intentioned edits can cause a lot of work for other editors to fix. I would suggest looking through the manual of style (or any of these help pages). It is important that edits use correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization. Categories are also very important, if you aren't sure what categories a page should be added to it can be helpful to look at similar pages (e.g. many of the categories on Glóin also apply to Óin). Sources are also an important part of the wiki, it is not enough to create a sourceless page with {{sources}} at the top and expect other editors to find the sources for you.
