First Age 7 (abbreviated to F.A. 7) is the 7th year of the Sun of the First Age of Middle-earth.
Notable events in this year include:
- The Noldor hold a council in Mithrim to discuss their relations with the Sindar; Angrod and Caranthir have an argument.[1][2]
- Fingolfin is chosen as the first High King of the Noldor in Middle-earth, since Maedhros waives his claim.[1][2]
- The Sons of Fëanor decide to relocate to East Beleriand.[1]
