King's Lands was an area adjacent to Edoras, including Harrowdale. With Edoras it was the ward of the First Marshal of the Riddermark.[1]

- The area called "Kingstead" encompasses Harrowdale and Dunharrow. It includes the smaller hamlets of Upbourn and Underharrow to the south of Edoras as well as two larger towns north of Snowbourn: "Middlemead" and Entwade, the latter guarding the ford of the same name.
