Uldor the Accursed was one of Ulfang the Black's sons.
History[edit]
After entering Beleriand at Morgoth's bidding, Ulfang and his sons joined the service of Caranthir.[1] Their purpose was to eventually betray the Elves, which they did in the Nirnaeth Arnoediad. First, he made sure to delay Maedhros and his army by giving false reports of enemy presence. During the battle itself, they turned against their allies, attacking them in the rear. Uldor was slain by Maglor.[2]

Etymology[edit]
Uldor was probably not his true name, as it seems to be Sindarin for "Ugly Lord": ul- ("ugly") and -dor ("lord").[3]
Other versions of the legendarium[edit]
In the appendix of The Lost Road it states that Uldor was born in the year 125.[4]
