Durin's Axe was a great heirloom of the Dwarves.
History
The axe remained lost in Khazad-dûm after it was deserted in T.A. 1981. It was found again by Balin's expedition, but lost again in 2994, when his colony was destroyed.[1]

- The axe is broken into several fragments that must be recovered by the player in order for the axe to be reforged.
